Hi, I’m Stephanie, the hands and heart behind Belax & Co. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, working in clinics, spas, and chiropractic offices. I’m trained in multiple massage techniques, but my true passion is supporting the body’s natural ability to heal by creating a nurturing space for relaxation, therapeutic touch, and inner balance. My approach is intuitive and caring, helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported. Outside the treatment room, I’m committed to building a diverse wellness collective, a community where everyone feels welcome and empowered to support one another on their wellness journeys. I am also a member/co-coordinator volunteer with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). My background includes experience in the dental field, insurance claim processing, payroll and collections, marketing, digital marketing, vendor events, customer service, restaurants, retail, and childcare - all of which have shape how I serve and connect with my clients and community. Belax & Co. is proudly Latina-owned, built with heart, rooted in community, and open to all. This is more than a massage studio, it’s a wellness collective.
